Never watch local programming on TV least you be tempted to buy from any store other than Capers.

Yeah sure, Capers may be more expensive than Safeway but Safeway is known for oppressing its workers and you will be supporting economic slavery which is as dangerous as being kidnappped by a psychopath.

As well, the conversion of Save On Foods stores to Price Smart stores is oppressing workers since its owner, Jimmy Pattison, is trying to cut expenses.

I mean, both psychopaths and management types lie. Sometimes hard working people end up dead because of their lies.

Don't contribute to the suffering by shopping at Safeway, Save-on and Extra Foods.

Even better yet, if you aren't vegetarian and have a corner grocery store run by an ethnic family in your 'hood, even if it is a Mac's or a 7-11 and English is a second language in the store, then shop there.

Oh, and Fruitacana stores and TnT Markets have cheap food.

plus, the only good parts on tv and in most newspapers and magazines are the ads, but only for the humor not the product.
