I'm kinda neutral on the whole pointless post issue but I have a lot of friends on xtcity who don't post stupid shit and i don't like how you catagorize everyone just cause of a few dumb ass people... i'm sure there's annoying people here to. I am sure there are people on XTCity that post meaningful things and I have read some threads that do make me think, but in the whole, XTCity is nothing but countless numbers of pointless threads generated by people who don't give a shit about the content they post but rather move up the ranks of the 'Top 25' posters in order to achieve status.

There are more than a few dumb ass people that ran over to F&K the moment the XTCity server wnet down and proceeded on their merry way to just fill up our forums with the same mindless drivel that they do on XTCity.

Just out of interest, I went there to take a look and what do I see? More threads started there in ONE DAY than there are here in a week. (OK, I might be off by a day)

As for the sterotyping part, who cares? I could give a shit about what other people think. Do they party? Do they rave? Do they even know what a rave is? These people that 'stereotype' half the time don't even know what the fuck is going on. The information they get is sometimes so skewed it is so far from the truth.

You talk about drugs on LX and the 'jaded' crew shoot you down and don't give a rats ass because they think they are too good to respond.

Post about drugs on XTCity and they fucking jump all over you for posting such a question. 'KandE Kitty was a prime example, I loved the shit that happened over the post s/he made. Name a message board 'XTCity' and don't talk about drugs on it. That's just fucking STUPID!

At least here, you can ask the questions and actually get some meaningful information that might make you think twice about popping that pill. If nothing else that alone is worth it.

I am in no way issuing this response directly against you Tiësto*s_Girl, but I am tired of hearing all the bullshit between the 3 boards that are used in Vancouver. Each has their own identity, I find F&K the most 'harmonious' and I'll fight to keep it that way.

I don't believe that F&K think that is it better than XTCity, I think F&K is DIFFERENT in many ways from both LX and XTCity.

Nothing states that something has to be better than something else. I find F&K to be stuck right in the middle of LX and XTCity, enough people here that have information to share and enough people wanting to learn.

i dont seem to notice this "dissing" we speak of. i have friends/acquintances on xtcity too. but i still find that the only sections i do post in on there is the you?! Xtcity has alot of traffic, alot of users on at one time. the flow goes really quickly. post something, you get a reply a minute or two after. sometimes when your bored on xtcity, you post something that does not have to be of the most relevency and you will get replies. and we are used to this system.

So when some of you are saying "im so glad xtcitiers are gone, bla bla bla" just 1.LIGHTEN UP. Its an ONLINE MESSAGE BOARD.

in no way do we HATE you guys. We merely disagree with how SOME (emphasis on the word "some") guys use up web space for no apparent reason.

it's not a matter of "getting along" because frankly, in my opinion, we do get along for the most part. In every situation or scenario in life, an inevitable clash of personalities is going to occur.

However, this is not the issue at hand.

Dissing XTCers? I beg to differ. In no way are we "dissing" or targetting you because you are "bad" people or something. in our eyes, we're just stating the awkwardnesses that often characterize your respective site. stereotypical? perhaps. archetypical? highly possible.

I have NEVER said that drugs are fine. Go scour the internet, I have NEVER said anything CLOSE to that.

I know I cannot change the way people think, the person has to change they way they think for themselves. If they CHOOSE to do drugs I won't be able to stop them, they have already made up their mind.

I am targeting the people that are beyond the 'L7' stage. I am targeting the people that willingly WANT to experiment, they WANT to try drugs. People ask me private for the information on drugs I will tell them, but I know there ate LOTS of people out there that are too afraid to step forward and ask.

Simple example, how many of you were in a class at school and wanted to ask a question but chickened out? A teacher told me, the question I have in my head is probably the same question everyone has, the only difference is that I was willing to speak out.

So I help one person out, in a public forum two or two dozen might learn from it. If you don't approve of my methods please suggest a way that would be more effective.

I cannot stop them from taking drugs, so I'll try and educated them before they fry their brain, OD or kill themsleves. Think of what I am trying to accomplish is like a warped version of Dancesafe.

If you can't win the war on drugs, don't chastize the users or they will go deaf to your warnings and kill themsleves in the end.
If I can send the message the moderation is key IF YOU WANT TO DO DRUGS, that is better than nothing.

Apparantly most of you F&Kers haven't checked out the posts on xtcity. Most of them are more interesting than the posts on this board, and hey, on xtcity you don't have to wait THREE WEEKS to get a single fuckin reply to a thread you began. Ack.

Oh, and loungex does KNOW that it's better than all the other message boards. It was the original Vancouver board and it will always be the best (respect to Al for makin his own format and not just using another UBB board).

We don't talk about drugs on xtcity? Actually we do, but it just so happens that it's a slightly more touchy topic there than here on F&K because we're not all etards and try to PREVENT drug use before we advocate safe drug use. That would normally be the course of action in -ANY- right minded person. Let's of course not forget that drug use IS illegal, and therefore we'd like to keep it off our boards as much as possible because the police DO read the boards, and they CAN find out who you are by tracing your IP and uncovering your server, etc. Not to say they will necessarily take those steps, but would you really want to take the chance? I think not.

I remember a few months back on this board I was having it out with Rowdy in the "beware of" section, and synx threatened to close the post if we didn't stop arguing. How do you justify that? Ummmm, I really have not seen any XTCity "dissing" lately, but I will point out posting this thread wouldnt/didnt help the matter,and kinda inflamed the very thing you were trying to prevent?

As for the drugs section, ours is for the proposes of learning, and gathering information on drugs. In no way does Form-Kaos.com promote the taking of drugs, or anything else for that matter. If other forums cannot handle mature conversations on drugs, then they shouldn't have a section for it.

Form-Kaos.com is slow because our server sucks, and thats the bottom line on that issue. We do plan to move to a dedicated server in the near future, but more on that later.

All in all, this thread is going into my favorites.

some of yoo posted that when xcity came back up everybuddy from xtcity left n yoo guys were happy. well hay! i never left! Instead a divide my time between both msg boards. I like it here and i like it there. Xtcity and F-K are liek 2 different things. im hoping im still welcome here... *puppy dawg eyes*
