get an optical mouse and use your leg or something.
You can always do what i do, set up my comp next to my bed, and use my bed as a huge mouse pad.
An optical mouse is great, usable anywhere.
*rolls mouse over head, and it works on the screen*

I have tendonitis in my left arm...I am left-handed, but I use the mouse with my right hand...

I guess it's because I type more with my left hand? When it gets busier at work, I have to ice my arm like..nightly..it sucks

^^i agree, i have trackball as well, and when any of my friends come over and try and use it, they can't control the mouse at all!

myra- i have tendenitis in my left wrist too, and carpal tunnel in my thumb. mine's super weak and sore from breaking it and cashiering, it kills! do you take meds for it or just ice it every single day?
