An Ethical Question

So I was getting a cup of tea today, waiting in line. the lady in front of me opened her purse and an OB tampon (new) fell to the ground. Should I have:
A) picked it up and given it to her (she was not hot)
B) grabbed it for my own use
C) left it there and gone back to work?

I did C, but really, what should I have done?

it's nothing to be embarressed about.

it's like dropping a pen. if i droped a tampon and didnt' realize it until I needed it that day. i would be unhappy!

What you did was fine I wouldn't expect a guy to do much more, most seem to think tampons contain anthorax or something and wouldn't touch one for the life of them. I would have picked it up and givin it back but that's me

that really is a tough one. i like it when situations like that occur, so i think that i would've bent over and picked it up (even though she wasn't hot) and then handed it back with a smile.
