DJ Mario Tremblay has been found guilty of two charges of sexual touching. The 42-year old "MC Mario", as he's widely known, was the guest DJ at Rex nightclub in Ste. Jerome February 22, 2002. Two 23-year old women say he made inappropriate advances on them in a cubicle next to where he was working. Tremblay's DNA was found on one of the women's breasts. Sentencing hearings are scheduled to begin January 14th. Tremblay plans to appeal the conviction and ask for an absolute discharge.
