How is it already 5pm?

Somehow waking up at 10am to clean all day so that the apartment is clean for the landlord to show off at 7pm...turned into waking up around 1pm..eating...and wondeirng how im going to clean this place in two hours. I think a good place to start would be getting off the computer.... *yawn*

replace 'clean' and 'appartment' with 'write' and 'essay' and you have my exact situation!

Well, except that my essay isn't for my landlord, of course.

Where you sort of wonder "how did that many hours slip past without me noticing".

Its always worse when you have to get something important to get done. But 4:49 makes it seem so much earlier then 5:00..something to do with the 4 in the time.. so I can rest easily for another 10 minutes before I really freak out about how much I have to do.

I'd take an essay any day over physical labour. Atleast an essay I can do lying down. Yesss its one of those days.

Its actually my graduating thesis. Its on the structural changes in western democracies that have contributed to social movements being a permanent fixture of democratic politics.

Hmm I geuss it would depend on when it was due... like if I hadnt started and it was due at 7pm tonight... yah. I would go for the cleaning. If I had a while to do it though, deffinately the essay.

ooh, honours.

i feel like i've avoided some major part of my degree by never having to write an extensive paper like that. my longest was 24 pages in highschool (incl. appendices and photos, oh ib) and in university it's been 15. i don't envy you writing a 50 pager though, ouch.
