HOW OFTEN DO YOU BRUSH YOUR TEETH?!?!

I brush 5 times a day.. We call those ppl that dont BUTTER TOOTH, cuz their teeth are looking like butter, sick. Haha

i really don't see why 5 is such a big deal.

brush in the morning to get rid of morning breath.
after breakfast to get rid of breakfast food gunk.
after lunch to get rid of lunch food gunk.
after dinner to get rid of dinner food gunk.
before bed to get rid of snack gunk, or to prevent part of bad morning breath, or to prep for bed-time fun activities, or to get rid of bar mouth.

my dentist informed me that it's not good for your enamel to brush that much.
supposedly over a longer period of time it can wear it down and acutally make your teeth more prone to decay.

Yea they did work for me.
I bought the CREST ones.
and I saw the difference, because at first I wasn´t smart enough to get how to put the lower strips on my lower teeth, so I just used the upper ones and after 2 weeks my upper teeth were perfectly white and the lower ones looked yellowish because of the difference with the upper ones....

2-3 times a day ... maybe more depending on what i have had to eat. I hav the oral b white strips, they work very well but my lower teeth are very sensitive so i dont use them often

Twice a day forshure sometimes three, but as often as possible if their is crest cinnamon flavored toothpaste in my house. o it is QUITE stimulating as well as exceptionally energizing. do invigorate with a serious crest cinnamon flavoured toothpaste experiance. once you try it, you will never go back.
