something un-announced and un-known isn't going to do very well no matter WHERE anyone is playing.

last time Capital J was at 555Vibes the place was pretty packed.

Last time, it was the same night as Dieselboy, now it's against DJ Rap... bummer.

not meaning that the Dj himself is unknown, just that the event is.
short notice = people not having cash
no notice = the regular crowd that shows up there on friday being asked to pay and just end up leaving.

i'd pay to see Capital J yes, but not at tribeca.

i guess there's been enough turnover that someone will book him again.

Tribeca use-to suck but the sound that blaze and size bring now is MUCH better so it will be good.

tribeca has a capacity of 100 people.
I would suppose a $5 charge would break it even (if people show up, that is).

I won't be there since it is on the same night as Groove 05.
