but all you gotts do is make sure the image is flattened and then edit the size

actually, flattening thye image means nothing when it comes to size. (file size, or demention size) flattening is when your merge down layers.

sadly I have yet to find a website online that will actaully, resize the dementions of images (ie. height, width) but you can do this very easily with a small program like this ( http://download.com.com/3000-2192-10...ml?tag=lst-0-7 )

make sure you save as jpg, or jpeg file formats, and NOT bmp

What I normally do to resize pictures is 'copy' then 'paste' it onto Microsoft Word...u can resize it on there...'print screen' and paste it onto Paint and then save it from there at the new size :)
