Starting March 21st, Big Beat Boutique is every second Friday! Big Beat Boutique focuses on funky breaks and big beat (think Chem Bros meets Freestylers). Good drink specials and intimate vibe.

Co-owner of Hipnotik Records in New Westminster, Ty's style ranges from funky oldschool, electro influenced to growling newschool jams. He has been producing a hell of alot lately, and has been in talks with Kingsize Records, Fuel and Dj Quest about releasing his works. A set to not be missed!

Adam & Kraig will be bringing the funk back to back for a blazing 2 hour early set.

I started this night two months ago to bring some new flavour to the weekend club scene. I noticed there was 6 house nights, 2 D&B nights and a ton of crappy top 40. With Break's popularity in Vancouver, suprisingly there was no nights focusing strictly on breaks. I think breakbeats are diverse enough to be played all night and breaks lovers like me needed somewhere to go. We were right. The last two months have so successful that we have decided to bring the funk every second Friday for all those breakbeat heads. I hope you check it out.

Holy shit dude really? A shiner? Damn... when we left you, although we left you really drunk, you seemed in control. -- I assume the drinkfest continued after I went home and passed out. Well... that was after I apparently called every chick leading up to the C's in my cell phone at 4AM leaving drunk voice messages.
