TwentyHz is pleased to welcome Shambhala's favorite DJ.Lorin aka Bassnectar returns to Vancouver in support of his releases forth coming on SF label OM Records and Full Tilt Records out of the UK.

Lorin's been taking the North American breakbeat scene to new levels, playing shows to packed venues all over the world. Recent gigs headlining alongside BT,Crystal Method , and FreQ Nasty , as well as yearly headlining BC's #1 festival Shambhala (and tearing the place up EVERY year!).

Look for his track "Udu Shuffle" and his remix of Landslide's "Don't Give Up Now" on OM Records breakbeat compilation "Golden Gate Breaks" available in June.
Plus a single "Agent Squish/ The Flood" on Full Tilt also available in June.
This promises to be a HUGE show arrive early to ensure entry!

Even though San Francisco's DJ Lorin has opened for cheeseballs like BT and Crystal Method, we won't hold it against him. The perennial Shambhala Festival favourite graces Lotusland again for a club gig at Atlantis on Tuesday (June 24). While he's a renowned live showman, Lorin (aka Bassnectar) is also turning heads with his recent studio productions, two of which have been licensed to the mighty Bay Area label Om Records. With help from local spinners Soda, Priceless, and Precise, Lorin's show promises to be one of the big breaks events of the summer. Shake a leg.

^ Lorin is playing at "Summer Knights" on the Island tonight for anyone interested.... he killed it in Toronto last night for the OM Festival and on Thursday in Calgary for the Small Town DJs night.... This Tuesday expect nothing but the same.... BASS IN THE PLACE!
