John B's sold out last adventure at the Lotus proved to be one of the busiest, sweatiest, craziest shows in Automatic history. A musical innovator par excellence, John's production work ranges from rolling dark stormers to latin-tinged funkers, from 80's electro-inspired workouts to the deepest liquid funk excursions. His versatile style has not gone unnoticed, getting him signed to produce and remix for such prestigious labels as Metalheadz, Hospital, Moving Shadow, Formation, Renegade, Defunked and others, as well as getting him tagged to remix Mos Def's hit "Oh No!". His ear for musical talent and his own continuous output of dancefloor killers also allows him to operate FOUR seperate successful labels, BETA, TANGENT, CHIHUAHUA, and NU ELECTRO. John has had several top tunes, among them the massive "Up All Night" on Metalheadz, and "Forever" and "ElectroFreek" on Beta.

When last we heard from Mr. B. he said that he'd have TWO new full albums of his own material slated for release within the next year, so we'll be sure to hear the freshest tunes around, coupled with the best new dubs from all of the top producers in the scene.

somewhere around there......the nice thing is that with the new liquor regs is if it's a big show the lotus will let us pump the tunes until 3am, like they did last tuesday with kamanchi
