UK bred Mat the Alien started playing records on his brother’s 1200’s at the age of 15. His unique and innovative style was developed working at the family record store in Bury near Manchester from the age of four.
A move to Whistler B.C inspired Mat to be best one of Canada’s best Dj / Producer’s. Mat has jugged the dmc championship for the past 4 years and has played with the likes of AfricaBamaata, Del, The Herbaliser, Roots Manuva, The Allies [ Dj Craze, A-Track, Kelver, J-Smoke, Spitakular ], The Rascalz, Swollen Members, Bad Company, Rahzel,
q Bert and the Beatnuts including numerous snowboard and skate jams.

Known best for his March 2002 Knowledge Magazine mix cd. Distributing over 60,000 copy’s worldwide.
