Wise words from one of Canada's biggest up-and-coming drum and bass producers. Edmonton's John Rolodex has made a huge splash since 2001 with tunes released on Ray Keith's Dread Recordings and Tech Itch's Tech Itch label. Exposure to the dark sounds of early Metalheadz and Dillinja rinseouts created a love for rolling beats prompted him to take the name "Rolodex", and spurred him to take up DJing. John quickly made a name for himself with a unique sound that was both agressive and fluid. Turning to production in 2000, his tunes caught the ears of many top UK DJs and were passed around on dub before being signed, culminating with his recent signing to the mighty METALHEADZ camp for two forthcoming releases. Make sure you don't sleep on this rising talent in his first ever Automatic appearance!!!!
