You know I just can't go in the Lotus anymore. Every time I walk in there I can't believe what a hole it is. I mean seriously....dress the place up at least a little bit. Try and make the place at least presentable. The musics good but man they need to do some basic reno's

G-style: agreed. Lotus is a bit of a hole and could use renovations, but at the same time, we have a lot of "renovated" and posh clubs already and it is cool to have a dingy place that is dark and crappy and has it's own atmosphere that is not all new/flashy/clean... kind got its own vibe going if you know what I mean... If you ever went to Luvafair and were a fan, or the old Twilight Zone or any of the dark, dingy places which we used to have (that are all either "renovated and clean" now, or have been turned into posh condos) you would know what I am talking about :-)

Doom: just that! we have a little area where you can play Atari games when taking a break from dancing! hehehehe...

Yeha I know exactly what you mean and I like the dark dingy concept but it would be nice to throw a few lights up..maybe and video screen withsome visuals.....maybe paint the walls balck again so you can't see all the drywall chips. Supid shit. I would never expect them to reno the whole place cause as you said the vibe in there's pretty cool but a few minor facial reno's would go a long way. I mean I don't even want to sit down in there anymore. It reminds me of a drug den where noone cares what it looks like just come and get fucked up and trip out in the corner. I don't know if they put 10g into the place it wouldn't be a posh bar but more of a presentable place. I couldn't be the owner of that place and be proud of it I guess is what I'm saying.

/\ yeah man, I see your point... Wish there was something I could do (well, next time I see Mark James, I will try and talk to him to spend some money on his club :-) But for now, we rock the dungeon as is... and it is a lot of fun :0)
