 THE AMNESIA TRANCE WORLD TOUR! www.amnesia.es -- FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 18th, 2005! -- PLUSH Nightclub in Vancouver, B.C. -- A 19+ event *** Special Amnesia decor, lighting and props will be setup for this event!!! *** With special guests...  MARCO V, NL - www.marcov.nl Marco V has been around for many years, as an inventive, style-blending DJ and a successful and devoted producer. This combination of producing and DJ'ing gained him the number 16 spot in this years international DJ Mag Top 100 list, and number 15 in the previous year! Even though he has played in very different locations, and with house-music constantly changing shape, Marco succeeded to create a genuine "Marco V" sound, easily recognizable by its constant drive and uplifting melodies. People love him for it and he never leaves the dance floor empty. No matter if it's a huge event such as Sensation, Dance Valley or Global Gathering, or a regular party at a club, "The audience is always my first concern. If the music is great, but the party isn't happening, something is definitely going wrong. I try to prove that it is possible to create a happy atmosphere with quality music. It is not the easiest way to play, but it has kept me around for all these years." He intends to stay around for some more, with his past projects being mixed compilations for both Gatecrasher(UK) and Government(CAN). These are not his first. He, for instance, compiled and mixed Innercity 2000 and 2002 and his own artist-profile compilation, which will be, was released earlier in 2004. Marco also knows all about producing. His career got an enormous boost after the release of "Godd" and "Simulated", which were both big successes in clubs worldwide. They paved the way for his first album called "Con:Fusion" which was released in 2002 and was awarded "best dance artist album" at the BBM dance awards that year. Lets welcome Marco back to Vancouver where he is playing for us in an intimate club setting with an atmosphere that will be as close to Amnesia as we can get it! Also with Amnesia resident...  BRIAN CROSS - www.djbriancross.com At the young age of 24, Brian Cross is an accomplished Spanish DJ who has been recently nominated in three categories at the Spanish DJ awards. Brian is a resident DJ for the Amnesia Ibiza Trance World Tour and is also a resident DJ at the Armada nights @ Amnesia Ibiza with DJ’s like Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz and MIKE. He has played festivals like Bacardi & Ministry of Sound for 25,000+ people with PvD, Marco V. and has played in clubs all around the UK, Spain, Korea, Israel, Sweden and America. If that DJ schedule isn’t enough, Brian is also a producer having remixed tracks like Armin van Buuren’s “Burned With Desire,” Smith & Pledger’s “Forever” and has recently finished a collaboration with Pulser. He also has a new single to be released in February 2005 called “Brian Cross vs. ORGAN.” With over 50+ dates worldwide with the Amnesia tour and studio work, Brian is a busy man. So let’s welcome him to his first ever visit to Vancouver as he comes along side Marco V. to bring the Amnesia Ibiza experience to us here! Werd!!! Major Props Twisted, Marco V and Brian Cross in one night oh hell ya, this is so sweet. Twisted you done it again, major props. Me and all my friends are going to be there, Marco V is amazing. Just let us know when tickets come out, so I can get some right away before this show sells out.
