SINAE, a female writer from Germany, took over the name and founded her own crew by that name. Through the inspiration of CANTWO she started writing in 2003. First it was a "one woman crew" but in 2006 two new members from Auckland/New Zealand joined her crew.

What does it take for someone to get into a writing crew?

Usually, it's their name and fame and really nothing else. For CAN2 this just wasn't enough and he wanted to try something different. So in 1993 he got a talented group of his friends together, regardless of how famous they were in the writing world and formed the "Stick Up Kids".
The foundation of their friendship is what separates this crew from the rest and in this sense "crew" really isn't the best way to describe the "Stick Up Kids", they're more like a tight community of writers that are great friends.
