CONTRACT STUDIO MANAGER

Professional fashion & beauty photographer is seeking a motivated, organized and bright individual to help coordinate exciting photo productions and to manage the day to day operations of photography business.

The Studio Manager will work very closely with the photographer, his agent, his clients and support team on all levels of production. Duties also include managing the office, producing invoices, paying out vendors, organizing travel, handling film and digital files for delivery to clients, updating photographer's websites and assisting with marketing tasks.

Ideal candidates must have the following:
- Must have interest in fashion & beauty photography
- Must be able to learn and handle our billing procedures using QuickBooks
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Must have exceptional phone skills
- Must be able to thrive in fast paced, high pressure environment
- Must have own cell phone
- Must have valid Drivers Licence - Own transportation is a plus
- Must have/be able to develop "Go-Getter" mentality

Skill sets required
- Experience with Photoshop - For file management and delivery (No retouching skills required)
- Experience in HTML coding and website design/mgt using Dreamweaver
- Proficient at Microsoft Office - Excel & Word
- Experience in both Mac and PC platforms

Compensation: To be negotiated - based on experience.

Start Date: Immediate
