ok, john b is not going to happen...i was offered the show on the condition that i could get bookings for him on the wednesday and thursday after. despite locking up a thursday and looking like i can get a wednesday too the agent just informed me that the tour is being cut short. poop

the bad news: no john b oct 29th, and i got everyones hopes up

the good news:

1)i've got first dibs on west coast dates when john b tours again in january, and following the longstanding policy at automatic of delivering on anything we say that we will do (current score is one show in 3+ years that we publicly said we were going to do and couldn't get done) you will see mr john b in the future.

2)currently working on another big name for that date....."lighter" :)
