We want an older crowd.....when there is booze involved and underaged people....that becomes a recipe for trouble...ie police...parents...city officials.....

Perhaps we can do something like block off access to our room with the alcohol in......know anyone up for the job? I.E...Security Girl.....I'll give you a free membership or something......?

I think thats a good idea. Although I wont even be drinking, and it will still make me feel like a two year old to be blocked of from the evil alchohal, I understand of course heehee.
I've been wanting clubs/bars holding musical events to do this for years instead of just keeping anyone under 19 away from the music. But yah, i'm not too scary, nor do I want to stand and babysit the entrance all night, but i'm sure you could find someone that would be up for it.
And I know you want an older croud, but 17, 18 isn't really a big deal as long as they behave right? And i'm sure you know putting an age limit on it won't keep away complete immature, idiots, no matter what age. But yes, blocking off the area serving alchohal would be a good idea.
