CHILLS POSTPONED sort of
Due to weather concerns we are postponing CHILLS untill another weekend with better weather. More info T.B.A. later.
We will be heading up to go camping all the same and if the weather clears we are going to bring a sound rig as well. Hope you're all having a good weekend. If anyone wants to come camping, we'll see you there. http://www.weatheroffice.ec.gc.ca/fo...ity_e.html?WSK KEY THINGS TO NOTE! If you are coming up to camp you will not be permitted to have camp fires due to province wide regulations so you will need a camp stove or gas BBQ. We are committed to leaving the space better than we found it and need everyone's help to accomplish this. Have some respect and don't bring any glass to the site that if broken is hard to clean up. Whatever you bring with you make sure you take home as well. Further more we'll be asking that you all take a role in making sure this happens. If you see someone being an idiot and leaving garbage around than tell them what's up. CIGARETTE BUTTS!!!!!! Now I'm a smoker so I know how it is BUT this has to go for everyone. With the dry conditions these days ONE careless cigarette butt could start a forrest fire and we must all excersice the utmost caution to be sure that they are fully put out and not left smoldering. We are all fortuenate enough to live in one of the most beautiful places in the world, please respect it! follow hwy 99 north towards Squamish/Whistler drive through Squamish continuing north on hwy 99 to Squamish Valley Rd. turn left (west) onto Squamish Valley Rd. (Alice Lake Turn off) drive slowly and cautious, lights on, aware of possible oncoming traffic including tourists and logging trucks when u reach a fork in the road go left on pavement to mile number 22 at mile 22 you will find a maintained logging road...the condition of the road is decent and consistent, used regularly follow to mile marker 36 |
