Not sure if there are any fnk members from Quebec but though it would be worth a shot. Needless to say I'm pretty stoked about playing at this show... all 2x4 sets and I'm playing from 3:30-7:00 :trippin:

Yes it is in Quebec @ Pavillion de la jeunesse,,, just outside Montreal I believe. I think the expected turnout is around 2000-3000 people so it will be interesting to see how diffrent the party is from Vancouver. I've heard nothing but good things about the crowd down there so being the only trance DJ's at this show is going to be cool. I will post a review and pics when I get back if anyone is interested =)

if you've lived there for a while, you definitely will learn to hate on that cause they take it to the extreme of being rude to ppl who are not quebecois (which often even includes the french from france!).

Probably around 3000 people and still at least 2000 people still partying when I played 2x4 from 7:00am-10:00am. The venue was a hockey arena and the crowd was easily one of the best I have ever seen- simply amazing. It was awesome being the only real trance djs at this party... almost all the other music was hardhouse and hard dance, some techno. The guys who played before me were playing @ 150 bpm!!! LOL

Lab 4 was Live PA, I enjoyed maybe 4 of thier tracks, however if you liked harder style you would have been happy. hehe these guys do some crazy drugs me thinks

other than that all i have to say is when I played flemings new production this place went off., probably my fav rec atm. They even introduced us with an announcement that sounded exactly the same as the one they use for trance engery, that was fucking cool :trippin:

this thread jus makes me miss Montreal..:( ..... but then again wut Erica said about the frenchies hating the rest of Canada (and English Speaking Quebec) is very tru... those are the things that make me hate Montreal.. but besides that.. i miss it there...:(

hahaha Erica and Butterfly this is so not true what you say about Quebec !!
Most of the Quebec people don't hate at all the rest of the Canada !! It's true that there is some loud activists who are like that and they give that image to the rest of the country, but when you're there it's not like that at all !!
Especially in Quebec city (2 hours north-east of Montreal) where Versus 4 was, people is so friendly ! There is no such thing as hating the rest of the country !!
Anyway, i lived in Quebec for a long time; and Man I miss Versus partys !! Versus is always a so good and intense party !!
I'm happy for you Danny, you must have had a lot of fun over there !!
