I've got a couple emails asking me to hold $35.00 tix for them, mainly cause it was difficult getting them over the holidays.
We also recieved a couple complaints that the flyer came out on NYE and that only gave them 1 day in advance to get them

So to rectify that problem and keep everyone happy
