That's right, Automatic, your friendly neighborhood drum and bass night is celebrating FIVE years running!!! That's Five years, same night, same residents, same location, holding down what critics in the Georgia Straight have called "The best clubnight in the city." To celebrate we're bringing you an action packed MONTH of shows, both at the clubnight and elsewhere.

We'll be tearing up the club with our much loved Old-School Classic the night of our anniversary. Often imitated, never duplicated, this one never fails to get those asses on the floor as we play the best of the best from Matty and Jay's collection, all the classics from the roots ot the present.

A highly respected DJ and producer, A-Sides has produced drum and bass for close to 10 years and has over 200 tracks to his credit on both his own labels Eastside, Fuze and Diagram, and respected labels such as Metalheadz, Advanced, and Hardleaders. His latest release "What You Don't Know" featuring MC Fats and Regina has blown up worldwide and looks to add to his already formidable string of hits. Known for his technical skills as a DJ, his style reaches across the board to encompass everything fron the smooth musical flavours of Calibre to banging tunes by the likes of Ed Rush and Optical.

KENNY KEN is one of the most highly respected drum and bass DJs out there. A pioneer, his early radio work with the groundbreaking London pirate station KISS FM led to extensive gigging in the exploding drum and bass scene, including a coveted residency at AWOL at the MINISTRY OF SOUND. As a producer he's released for most of the top labels, favouring a rugged dancehall influenced vibe and punishing basslines. He heads MIX & BLEN recordings, known for releasing rough dancefloor stormers. He's joined on tour by longtime collaborator MC FOXY, another original London favourite.
