Guest list for two at automatic (every Tuesday at the Lotus Sound Lounge) from now up to and including SHY FX (Tuesday July 20th) (includes STORM Apr. 20, doesn't include MAMPI SWIFT June 29[4point productions]) up for grabs to the first person who can bring me:

-an automatic flyer with a full colour front, one colour (blue) back
-a picture of dabbler with hair (photocopy ok)
-a krispy kreme donut
-the name of Mark "Frenchie" the ex-doorman's band...TABERNAC!!!
-the name of the first UK DJ to play at automatic (flyer from this gig will be considered a tiebreaker)
-a picture of yourself with Siwash Rock in the background
-old school long newsprint bus transfer (red yellow or green)
-picture of yourself with Vancouver building that was once the tallest building in British Empire in the background
-name of school in point grey where nwdnb basketball masonry society layed bricks last year
-name of jay-auto's short-lasting uk garage/2-step weekly
-item of stationary from the Granville St. hotel that all of the drum and bass DJs used to get booked into back-in-the-day
-the name of the pub that turned into the chameleon
-picture of yourself in front of the art gallery fountain full of foam (NOTE: automatic does NOT condone the dumping of a box of biodegradeable detergent into the fountain and then coming back in half an hour to achieve this...laundry works best.)
-the original cover charge, for two people, in cash, exact change

get out those cameras and happy hunting

no climbing siwash rock!!! apparently out in abbotsford they still use the old school bus transfers, so those would be acceptable, but don't quote me on that, and if you drive out to abbotsford and they don't use them don't come beat me up......from what i can gather there are a number of people in the hunt for this one, it's potentially about $200 worth of cover charge...

Oh yes, automatic said it, shy fx is comin.. gonna be a dope show.. with mampi swift coming too, theres a massive DNB show for every month.. summer is lookin good

Shy FX tuesday july 20th, 100%confirmed, contract signed. official promo won't be up for a couple of months seeing as it's more than 3 months away.

I saw shyfx when was that? Summer of 2001 @ automatic?

That show was awesome..

However, I think I'll just pay rather than go through all that trouble :p
