August is looking to be a memorable month @ Ascension, with the first Vancouver appearance of one of the world's fastest up and coming trance djs, Niklas Harding from Copenhagen, Denmark. With an arsenal of unreleased material, you can expect to hear some of the freshest trance and progressive in the world has to offer, a nice change from the recycled material that we hear far too often in our city. Remember you heard his name here first, don't miss this chance to catch a star of tomorrow.
We're also bringing back some of Vancouver's favorite local DJ's in Azim and Jay C, and trance djs/promoters of the moment Montana & Res. Ascension would like to thank you for your continued support, have a great summer!

VIVA CLUB is Richmond's premier nightclub for dancing and cutting edge music. Located @ Cambie and No.3 rd, it offers an attractive alternative to driving all the way downtown. VIVA has an excellent sound system and a stylish layout, with impressive lighting and lazer shows. The club has changed a lot in the past year, with new DJ's, complete renovations to both bars and a new VIP area.

Ascension is the only place in Vancouver you will hear it. Come and see why we've been rocking a packed dance floor for 2 years straight =)
