Christmas Break Beats
Small event at Tribeca, brought to you by Wicked House Party. With sirK busy with his move, I am running the organization for the event, and figured I'd let the general public know about it.
There are 120 tickets available for this event, with no plans for size increase. I will have this post moderated off when we sell out. Attached is the flyer for this event, which should give all the details. If anyone has any questions, feel free to email me (splurge@hektik.com) or send me an icq message. Note: DJ list subject to change. (but not likely to)

Yeah, the name is a bit misleading I guess. However, being very not creative right now, and seeing as how it's a Christmas Break party, I figured I'd just slap down the pun and ride it.
As for avoiding a Marty party, do you really think I would sell more tickets if I took DJ SoniK off the flyer? HEHE. Actually, that being my first flyer work, some comments on it would be nice. Real comments, not just angst ridden, sexually-repressed teenage ranting.

i like the flyer because it's so fuckin' crappy... hahaha... r u gonna print that thing off!?! cheapass black & white photocopies man... that's the way it should be...
i think it might help if u take sonik off the flyer though, and when he's spinning, but a superstore bag over his head... and throw thumbtacks at him every now and then...

Updated Flyer
I've spoken to Jakub and he is going to be throwing down some breaks, as well as Synakus (as you can all see from the new flyer). The styles placed for each of them beforehand were basically just placedholders until I got official response from all of the DJs.
And who knows, I might even work some breaks in. We'll see how good a mood I'm in after writing 6 finals.

UPDATE: 50 tickets have been sold, perhaps more now. There are still some tickets available at Tribeca and through me. Remember, advance tickets are only $10, tickets at the door are $15 (thats almost a drink and a half wasted!)
