Twisted Productions is proud to present...  ROOM 1 - TRANCE & HARD HOUSE You wanted Hard House... you got it!!! -- THE NEWEST ADDITION TO NUKLEUZ!  CAROLINE BANX, UK - Nukleuz Records  Caroline Banx is the most exciting DJ to explode from the UK Hard Dance and Hard House scene in 2003! Her pedigree speaks for herself. -- In the last 18 months she has played at Goodgreef, Parlez-Vous, Addition, Essence and Creamfields. She has also appeared as a regular guest for the mighty Frantic playing for Convergence, Timeless, Chemistry and the legendary HardHouse Academy. This past summer, Caroline has also been back and forth from Ibiza with gigs every weekend. Her meteoric rise through the Hard Dance scene is no surprise. Fusing sublime mixing with an awesome ability to deliver the very best tracks time after time, musically she is simply second to none. Her rapid ascension through the DJ ranks has been rewarded by an invite to mix the acclaimed 'Hard House Anthems 5' from Nukleuz Records. 2004 is also set to launch Caroline into the production world as plans are already in place for exciting collaborations with a range of artists from the Nukleuz stable. You wanted Hard House, you've got it, so lets welcome Caroline in her first ever Vancouver appearance!  GOLDENSCAN, UK - Lost Language, ATCR, Euphonic, Good:AS, Platipus Goldenscan are the U.K based production outfit comprising of Ed Goring, Mark McCormick and Tom Lindley, whose name is synonymous with the elite of the dance music production hierarchy. They are responsible for such anthems as Goldenscan’s ‘Sunrise’ and Fu Man Choo’s ‘Outlaw’ and have spent the past few years working under various aliases chalking critical acclaim with their no nonsense club style. They started back in the 90’s with projects such as Elevatorman who were famed for the top 40 hits Funk ‘N’ Drive and ‘Fired Up’ as well as more underground releases under the FXU guise before gaining global recognition with Goldenscan. Throughout their various guises their tracks have generated massive support in the trance world by the likes of Paul Van Dyk, Oakenfold, Judge Jules, Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Sasha and ex-Gatecrasher residents Scott Bond and Matt Hardwick to name but a few. They have appeared on countless compilations including those of Gatecrasher, Slinky, Godskitchen, Passion, Euphoria and Ministry of Sound and having released and remixed for such prolific labels as VC, ATCR, Euphonic, Good:AS, Kompressed, Platipus, BMG, afterglow and Lost Language/Hooj. Their tracks have also featured on computer games, TV adverts and in the playlists of major radio stations and at countless festivals and events across the globe. He is known as a leader in Toronto's breakbeat scene, playing alongside some of the worlds finest, allowing Chu to develop his own distinct style of breaks. Chu's range in sound can vary throughout a set from hard kickass beats to melodic funky down tempo sounds. Being his biggest critic, Big League Chu is a perfectionist who is both humble in deliverance and fanfare acceptance. He is known as a "crowd mover"; refusing to spin what he and his audience won't absolutely get down and party hard to. It’s for this reason that Twisted is excited to invite Big League Chu back to Vancouver for a very special set… Chu is going to dig deep in his vast amount of crates and put together a 2 hour, old-skool funky Breaks set. As for the closest store to you, unfortunately there is no store in Coquitlam or Maple Ridge. I guess the closest one would be for you to hop on a Skytrain to Burnaby and pick-up one from Laramy. Other than that, I am sure we may have a ticket seller in that area. Cheers.
