Yah man! The city ruled at a town hall meeting that putting pictures of headliners on the flyers has a direct effect on how many girls in bootyshorts attend raves.

They said the more photos of headliners are shown, the more girls will dress in bootyshorts. Just becase we want to keep this PG13 and ensure a good environment where underagers don't dress innappropriately, we figured it would be best to not put pics of headliners to minimize the bootyshorts.

I was there when they told us this new rule... I didnt believe it...but if a city rep is using "Bootyshorts" in a sentance... then I think its time they finally realized that raves should be more for the music...not exposing skin.
