Finally moving to van!!!
Whats up? My name is Laura and I am freaking excited to finally be making the switch from Calgary to Vancouver. Calgary's scene has died recently....well, the rave scene anyway.There still have been quite a few Dj events, which I prefer anyway, but I have been out of the loop trying to get things organized for my move.

I am excited to see what Vancouver has to offer. I have wanted to move there for seven years. I tried it once in 2004, which is when I joined FNK. I haven't really been online at all since then b/c Vancouver didn't work out and sadly,I had to come back here. this time, it HAS TO work!

I am into many genres of electronic music. I listen to techno,psy,house,drum 'n'bass, electro, a little trance,breaks....you name it. If it's good.....I will listen! If anyone wants to message me to tell me about any good events happening or good places to go out.....please do!

You should come check out signal saturday's at Lotus, it's always alot of fun. All funky, tech, and electro house. Good variety of music.

welcome to van. Not to many good parties as of late our scene is dying aswell but lots of good club nites to go to, Plush is a pretty good club so is lotus, Red room. Enjoy Van, hopefully we will see ya around

ahhaha...thanks......but I didn't =) .I actually thought I was going to stay away from them, since barely anyone I know in Van is into them.But I am more into the 18+ events so I don't have to watch a bunch of 12 year old E-tards running around looking for more pills.

I am sure some of you will see me around eventually. Like I said, i know a FEW people who I can drag out with me.I will definitely check out some of the nights when I can. Won't be for a bit though, cause I am gonna be a broke ass 'til I get a job.

we don't have 18+ events.

we have 19+ club nights.

trancemission 2 is supposed to be 16+ but we'll see how that goes.

will someone please tell me why theres such a big relation between Calgary and Vancouver? It seems most people i know are moving to Calgary, and Calgary people moving to Vancouver. tehr farrrrk?
