(clears throat) I used to live on the East Coast (Halifax). I've lived in the Vancouver area for about a year now. I like it here. I used to throw parties and club nights in Halifax, as co-owner of Out of This World Entertainment (OTW). I miss throwing parties. Parties are fun. My partner Mitch told me I should start throwing OTW parties on the West Coast. I thought that was a good idea. Then I met a guy named Michael who throws a regular Thursday night club night at Lick (455 Abbott). He told me this board is a good place to meet people who like parties. I thought I should register on this board and find out. I'm also a graphic artist. I own a graphic design company named Deleriyes. My company doesn't do very much except keep me entertained (in other words, it doesn't make me any money), but every once in a while I manage to produce a kick-ass party flyer, and that makes me feel happy. I also enjoy camping, swimming, chasing mosquitoes around my house with a rolled up newspaper, singing to my roomate's dog, and my favorite drink is Gin & Tonic.

What I listen to and what I promote are usually two different things.... In Halifax I promoted mostly House and Techno. At home, I listened to Hip Hop and Drum N Bass.
Since I left Halifax, I don't listen to very much DNB at home, mainly just Hip Hop, but I plan on promoting DNB and Breaks here.
Now that I think about it, before I started promoting House, that was mainly what I listened to at home. I guess when I start promoting something, it becomes work-related and I stop listening to it to relax (if that makes sense.):028:
