This is all over the place, but it's become increasingly hard to differentiate who's doing the dance-rock stuff and who's doing electro-house/electro-breaks, as just about everybody bills all of it as "electro" in this city.

Vancouver has a weird dnb fetish. Weird because just about every party person in this city eats it up, but very few people go to a lot of the shows. Consistently good times is The Met on Fridays.

I agree, but it's hard to find nights that'll be playing this. Frosty or Grapes could probably tell you about dub shows happening around here. Bayside Lounge on Tuesdays I think is downtempo/trip-hop.
The Art of Beatz crew really clean up in this aisle (Kuma, Eve and Motomasa) but they're also just as skilled at rocking houses as tripping them out.
