yeah, this took me a little while to figure out too...if you're talking about the picture that everyone has under their screen name..then i can help you out

you go into User CP and click Edit Options...i think it's that one..and then scroll down to the bottom and click on 'change avatar' and you should figure it out from there....you can't upload really big pictures though..so you might have to resize.

still havent figured it out how do i make the pic smaller help

^ edit it in photoshop or other graphics program

you can even use paint if you don't have anything else.
Just open the file then click on "image" in the tool bar then stretch/skew
Then in the two stretch boxes change the percentage to something lower (of equal percent) untill the picture is small enough.
And save it as a Jpeg so the file is small.
And then your done!
