:184: ok whenever i try to upload a picture for my profile or avatar from my computer it always says that its either to big even though i make it smaller or it says

is it for sure 300 by 300??? it may be small but maybe not small enough.
and avatar needs to be 150 by 150

it could be in bmp format... those usually wont work for avatars i think

If thats the case just edit and when you "save as" as a jpeg instead.
That will size that little sucker down.
