Oakenfold, Liquid Todd, Marco Carola in MONTREAL!!!!
Hey all,
Just thought Id give you a piece of surprising news; OAKENFOLD PLAYED AN AWESOME LIVE SET!!! Now I know, having seen him a couple times, he can a bit lackluster, and considering the $$ he demands, it can be a let down for all involved. He can hit em big, or miss em big.
Let me tell ya though, Aria club in Montreal brought the best out of him this weekend. He played thrid out of the group of himself, Marco Carola and Liquid Todd, all of whom played incredibly energetic and HARD sets, they flowed totally perfectly into each other, it was a very very solid way to spend a night. The environment was just totally unreal and I was thoroughly impressed with how Paul and Liquid both seemed to mix a lot harder than Id ever heard them before, they get a mad props in my books. Paul has fully redeemed himself - to me at least.
