My mum has been there and she said the Macchu Picchu ( I spelt it wrong as well I bet ) is great. You will probably see Lima, the capital city. It´s rather poor, but still a nice city. You have to be careful though, especially in the poorer parts, otherwise you will come back in your underwear....

yeah, hiking the inca trail into macchu pichu is a definate must. i want to see the nazca lines to! some pretty far out stuff down there. aprently peru is one of the most physcedellic regions on earth. you can book a week long retreat to have healing sessions with a peruvian shaman using the pshycedellic ayahuasca. its taken from a vine wich grows in the jungle. entire religions have been inspired by it. so i think go down there and just open up my head! see whats around. check out, http://www.ayahuasca.com http://www.soga-del-alma.org/ fascinating stuff Last edited by Revolver; Jan 21, 05 at 08:34 PM. |
