Hey TA,
I don't know exactly which sounds you are into but here's a street in central London with a load of Record & CD shops the street is: Berwick Street. It's off Oxford Street. Reckless records do good 2nd hand stuff they're in Berwick St. - buy yourself & "A2Z" London roadmap when you get to London - or look it up on the net. Also check: D'Arlblay Street - this has Blackmarket Records (Now renamed "BM Soho") - this shop had a key role in the rise of jungle / D n B - but thit also stocks a load of White Labels in all dance inc. House Etc. Uptown Records is also in D'Arblay Street & is more House music. Hope that helps. :054: Last edited by funky4u; Jul 20, 05 at 02:39 PM. |

good luck, that sounds like it would be a blast. i hope it comes through. wish i could fit in your bag, id love to acompany you.
ill talk to John Mason, he just got back from that area, and he was spinning out there, so he should know something... i think Vergin Megastore out there would be good. heavely connected with the european electronic music, so they probably carry alot more selection. |
