etch is fuckin retarded.... Way back when when I was still living in montreal someone hit up the window of a bus shelter down my street with etch and it was still fresh and some kid didn't know what it was and decided to touch it.... They ended up touching there eye and shit... So they are blind in 1 eye and there hands were all fucked up...

The city has a budget to hire the "average Joe-blue collar" to get up every day and come to work ..whether it be cleaning pigeon shit down town, picking up litter, or scrubbing graff...whatever the case may be ..he still has a job and is able to bring food home to his family.....an you pay for it...no matter what,even if people stopped writing graff you taxes wont get cut..they will go to something else..

Now...I'm not saying this is why people write graff... so please don't take it that way...

I can see why people don't like it ..and freak out over it .cus when I don't like things, I cant stand them either... mainly because I don't understand it, I guess.
