uploading tracks from Logic onto the interweb...help

I usually know what im doing but Something seems to be screwing up, if anyone can help me out a bit it would be highly appreciated.

Highlight your track as a loop from beginning to end, and it will automatically set the start and end time of your bounce in the bounce screen which can be accessed in the Output strip (bottom right corner) in the mix window. check the kind of audio format you would like to bounce (more than one can be selected) and if you're not using any out board gear, I would suggest doing an "Offline" bounce for quicker rendering.
