FOR SALE: Vestax Turntables

I have two Vestax PDX-2000 turntables that I am looking to sell. I have owned the decks for almost 3 years now, during which time they have had a safe and happy life in a non smoking home. They are in excellent condition both mechanically and cosmetically and come with Vestax slipmats, Vestax cartridges (the needles should be replaced though), RCA cables, grounding wires, and a couple hand made silky dust covers. I even have the original boxes and manuals that come with them, minus the styrofoam inserts, but really, who needs those? You can check out vestax.com for all the juicy specs. These are professional quality turntables that retail for about $700 each. I am asking $1100 for both of them. Like I said, I live in Victoria but I make it over to Vancouver about once a month so I could work out some sort of delivery if you weren't able to pick them up from Vic.

I forgot to mention that I will also throw in my old mixer. It's a Numark DM 1050. A very basic mixer but served me well while I was learning the basics. It's in perfect condition, (I only used it for about a year before purchasing a better unit to mix with) and comes with it's original packaging, manual etc.

So that's 2 Vestax turntables plus the Numark mixer for $1100. And remember, if you have any questions or anything just let me know via pm/email/msn/homing pigeon.

you can get tech 12's for $1000 and not from the island.

You sure can, and if you want Techs instead of Vestax then by all means go out and purchase them. I'm just pricing the package that I'm offering at what I feel is fair, but I am open to offers. I know it is a pain in the ass having me be on the island but may as well let everyone in on the offer just in case.
