It honestly depends... if I am in a relationship with this person then yes, I would definitely point some things out to her and even show her --- that can be kinda fun actually. To do that though, the chick needs to be willing to try new things. "It's okay, it'll be our lil'secret!"

Thats the fun part, showing them exactly how you like it, and vise versa. You have to because everyone is different, and likes it differently, and i definately want my girl to be completely satisfied.

Don;t be ignorant and lazy and just not do anything with them again.
And dont come right out and be rude about it either. You just make suggestions "you know this would feel soo much better if you did it this way", or "you know how I like it, i like it like this" etc etc. Make sure they know when they've done something you like, and trust me they will do it again :P
And hands on is always the way to do it, it snot possible to sit down and describe it perfectly to someone. You have to work on it while they are doing it.
