Most everybody I know that's done it that said they got an effect from it said that the second/third/etc. time they did it there was no effect.

I dunno, stuff like that is from what I understand one of those hit-or-miss things.

Also how did you do it? I've heard pretty much anything other than a gravity bong is pretty useless.

^^ edit ^^ a bong with NO water because you do not want to cool the smoke - making it less affective
and you yes you need one of the more potent extracts

step 1-buy the potent extract
step 2-get your tools such as jet lighter, big bong or pipe with no water
step 3-sit down ( DONT STAND ) and take a full bowl in one hit right to the dome and as you exhale

you will have one of the many different extraordinary but quik highs
