Ya id have to say for me they cant just have a nice face/body, personality is totlaly key like looks r important definatly but there nothihg unless they have a personality to go with it u kno..anyone can be "hot" but not everyone can be all around beautiful.. but first thing i notice is the way they look at me, smile,eyes adn this relly surprised me how many gurls said shoes!! i thoguth i was the only one! hah but ya shoes is so huge and definatly u can tell alot about someone by their shoes..who woulda though?

yes looks is a big thing but not everything. personality is huge! but the first thing is a combo of this honestly... HAIR STYLE (love long hair, but short haired gurls, shoulder lengthish or even a shorter, not like mine short tho. lol) .. LIPS aww, I love lips, not too big and not too small... Eyes, and how deep some of them can be.. and THE BUM, now this just depends on the gurl!
