Apparently that "sexual peak" thing referes the the average number of orgasm that a preson has. It doesnt mean guys have the most skills at that age or anything, its just that they jerk off whenever they cant get any. For girls, it takes a higher learning curve to be able to "master" the oragsm, so as the experience goes up, so does the number of resulting orgasms per encounter hense the later sexual peak.
