Mid-back pain...from e ?

now i've been experiencing pretty bad middle back pains, some times really strong pain, then once i get moving around it subsides.

is this from doing E to often or too much at one time ? last time i popped was godspeed and i popped like...2 double stacked caps..or was it 2 and half..i dont know.dont remember.but since sometime back since then i've had some really bad back pains...

what should i do about this ? get it checked out ? get a REAL massage ? .....i start working at the superstore warehouse really soon too so i need to be healthy and have a strong back...

it's ok. i worked grocery dept. too. Are u a spotter or cutter??? If you spot then all you do is put the items in front of where they go in the appropriate aisle. if your a cutter, you open the boxes and restock the shelves... Some general clean up, but mostly thats done by immigrant workers. Do you work nights or days.. i worked nights so thats what i am basing my facts on, but it was an alright job, good benifits..

I used to have bad back pain from e. My solution , eliminate the e. No e for me since november, and my back hasnt felt this good since...before i didnt do e. Easy solution.

i worked at Superstore warehouse and it was aight. beofre i applied i heard fmr alot of friends that it was so hard and stuff but it was pretty easy. but since i got into a fight with the manager 1st month i quit. But superstore as a company is fucking so hurt. Their harsh cheap asses. but at the same time they to provide good prices for eveything.
