if you're serious, and if alchohol is an issue, or any substance for that matter that you wish to free yourself from, i recommend checking out an AA meeting. there's one for substance abusers too but i forget what it's called.

Check out your local community center, outreach programs are available. often free or for minimal $$.

The first step is admitting you have a problem.
Don't be afraid to ask for help.
