Counteracting the sketch: taking SSRIs after a night of e use

anyone have any idea about this shit..i know that people have been known to use prozac after poping e to counter the sketch, but what about other ssris (is prozac an ssri?) like Celexa and shit. i just wanna know cuz i have a bottle of like forty celexas in my room that i dont use anymore and should i ever decide to pop e again i wonder what any possible effects could be if i decide to take an ssri after popping e.

Why not try some pure MDMA? IMO sketch usually means the tab was laced with meth.

But to answer your question I did try Effexor after a party once and the "recovery" period was 24 hours and I felt quite renewed.

yeha no shit..thats why they have so many different types of brands..and often times people have to try different brands and doseages before they get one that works for them

sean, just pre/post load with 5htp and also vitamin c... it'll reduce the sketch and reduce the damage to your brain

take the 5htp before bed on an empty stomach. It'll help you sleep + reduce the sketch. It supposedly rebuilds serotonin, I take it after and I am fine, I dont have the couple-day-duhs if I take it.

It's cheap, can buy em at most vitamin shops, $30 or so for 60.

Doing the things that cause the sketch are alot more fun though, just like having sex is more fun than not having it (as long as you're responsible about it).

Be responsible about the drugs too. ;)

Exactly... everything is fun if it's done properly. Just like when I fly... always do a good preflight to prevent that whole dying thing. I've heard bad reviews about it... apparently it's quite boring.

I did it just yesterday, took half a lexapro (dunno what you call it over there....new version of citalopram) with some vit C and paracetamol when I went to bed and within 20 minutes the neuh neah neah neah Buzzzzzzzzzz in my head had stopped and was replaced with calm serenity. Recovered better as well. You only need a half dose for good effect and SSRI's are generally well tolerated. MAOI's on the other hand when mixed with e can kill you.....don't do that. You will not get seritonin syndrome by mixing E and an SSRI. The SSRI blocks the e which is why it is great on a come down. 5htp and an SSRI though can cause it. Wait 24 hrs after using the SSRI before taking 5htp.
