i was picking today at this mushroom shield around chilliwack, and i havent picked much, and i just want to know which ones to throw away, i have some orange ones and i heard there all pretty bad, the stems of the orange ones are orange, lol and the gill are like greyish white, and if i ahve dark mushrooms with like white gills, is that still ok? just need some help lol

hahahah. were you right off the lickman rd exit? i've picked there before. i just ate the ones that were long and brown and skinny, and had no problems. i was told not to eat the yellow or red ones.

hmm.. lickmans, maybe, its like, 2 fields and shit, by construction... close to the vedder cannal bridge, i have orange o nes tho, i know some oranges are good, but which ones, i dont wanna eat bad ones lol

good god, this is how people die...... try doing some research on a credible site like www.shroomery.org and its wealth of information on the topic of picking as well as talk to EXPERIENCED pickers... which have pictures and what to look out for ... please dont just except word of mouth information, or whatever random people on fnk have to say...

the ones with the film over the caps are the good ones.... if the cap breaks or crumbles its no good... have a good trip!
