there rings that have a small compartment on them. used traditionally for spies to kill themselves, but if you put fun chemicals inside, insted of unhappy ones, it could make for good times. such as a club where busting out a rail would be unwise.

my friends and i have devised a way to bust out lines whilst at parties,
on the bus, in traffic, at work...what have you...it works quite well, no suicide rings necessary. none of us have been interupted yet, but then, how many times have you interupt a junkie shooting up in the alley behind your work this week? my count would be 5 if i had an alley behind my work. but then, that's me.

and the notion, while sounding good in theory, won't work.
you see, lines usualy consist of powder or crystalized substances, right?
and think about that compartment, it's not too sealed now is it?
so, you could put the substance of your choice in there, sure, but i don't believe it will be in there when you go to retrieve it with your nose later.
trust me on this one, i've put alot of thought into it.

take from your supply and put say, half a gram in a bag.
make sure it's not a tiny bag.
this way you can palm it and no one can see it, yet you still have room to pull some of your desired impurity to one corner of the bag....then all you have to do is palm your straw-like device, whatever it may be, and go at 'er.
once you get good at this you will only appear to be 'wiping' your nose
