last time i was in bc was on halloween weekend my buddy took me down granville to the rock shop and then to the art gallery to see if anyone was blazing but nobody was

so id like to know some relatively safe (not skid row) places where you can find people sellin or playin hackey sack an shit im sure theres a park where all those people hang out cus there is in calgary

art gallery is generally always a safe bet.
theres always people chillin there and no one cares if you blaze
only had a 'talking to' once there
and that was right after the canucks lost game 7 last season so there was a bunch of cops out.

what part of calgary do you hang out in?
i'm in calgary, i usually hang out along 17th ave or some park in the southwest. I'm always down for meeting up and blazin.. but hey winters coming so i doubt i'll be getting out of my hiberation sleep for much.
